Show HN: Built a free VS Code extension to help share code updates Hi HN, I built a free, and completely open source, visual studio code extension, which generates tweets based on commits you select. While I was working on webtilities.com, an idea came to me: wouldn't it be cool that I could market this thing inside my editor. Ah, i'm truly lazy. Well, I spent a week building this thing that I bet no one will need because: * "This wont work. My commit messages are terrible" * "This is stupid, I can just use ChatGPT/Gemini/[Insert Chat Platform] directly" * "This is stupid, I get BILLED for using openai tokens" ... And the list goes on.
