Show HN: Rs-Utcp, a Rust Implementation of the Universal Tool Calling Protocol I’ve been working on a Rust implementation of UTCP, a vendor-neutral protocol for LLM tool calling. The goal is to avoid every model/vendor defining its own schema and instead make tool ↔ model interoperability predictable and boring.
